The Technical and Financial terms and conditions of AMC shall be as follows:

b)The firm will provide one resident service engineer on all working days (also on holidays if need arises) from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm. c)The firm should produce the self-attested photocopies of documents related to PAN number, Service tax number.
d)Preventive maintenance with virus scanning and virus removal will be carried out on weekly basis.

f)Maintenance of Design based Soft wares like Coral Draw, Page maker , Photo-Shop, 3 D Max etc.

The other terms and conditions for awarding AMC shall be as under:
a)Payment will be mad on half yearly basis after satisfactory completion of service and maintenance work.
b)In case the particular Personal Computer / Peripheral is required to be taken out of the office premises for repair etc. you will have to provide a stand-by equipment so that the office work does not suffer.
